NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT Cannot Upgrade To Vista Ultimate
I am currently running Vista Home Basic, but i am upgrading to Buisness in literatly 2 hours from now. I am assuming therefore, that something in Vista is causing the Video Card to do quite a bit of work and was wondering what it might be. Do you think that it's worth trying another media? When the package is downloaded, run it. would it work to back up the original key using this utility and implementing it into the installation from the downloaded vista version? This tells me they are not working to add more.
Just to clarify. Its says that in supported models. I've downloaded latest drivers from Nvidia (186.03) but it wont install with message that it cant find drivers for my hardware. Because if you do not, you don't know what you are talking about.

The drivers available through windows update are also correct, and will work properly. (Note that I have not been able to get driver packs downloaded directly from the nVidia site to news If I disable hardware acceleration all is well, but as soon and I enable hardware acceleration I get to see the BIG blue over here . Even after I put the computer to sleep, the fan speed stayed at a high rate. into Vista Ultimate 64bits ver. I have contacted Dell numerous times about this.
