kkn makes some good points try removing the wd black 3TB hdd, the 2nd gpu and make sure all power cables to the motherboard and gpu are correct and secured. There is no blue screen error (though in my experience, these are not all that common with Win 7, specs below). Is there a best order to install drivers in once the OS is installed?

Memtest shows no problems, and the system itself boots up fine.

Btw, the current,minimum, and maximum RAM volts displayed on my DIMM is fixed at 1.488; I have XMP enabled which loads my ram, to 1.5v.
