Probably going to go this route as it just seems easier. On the thin client you have to name the printer the same name you selected during the driver install.Oh, and if you haven't updated the thin client firmware, do it. Finally this has happened... word to the wise [CharterSpectrum] by anon294. Powerful Consumer WiFi Routers [TekSavvy] by EdT409. Terminal Services (at least 2003 in my case) will automatically add any new printers on connect if it has the correct drivers installed.

If it is some wacky driver (one of our remote employees had a weird HP printer), you must install it beforehand.
