Why? When a blue screen occurs, Windows automatically creates a "minidump" file that contains information about the crash and saves it to your disk. Standard software shouldn't be able to cause blue screens -- if an application crashes, it will do so without taking the operating system out with it.

In safe mode, Windows loads only the essential drivers. I ran the windows memory diagnostic and it did indeed find some errors (when testing all four sticks together). Should i do what you said and delete the drivers and install again from the disc, or get them from the internet.
